Triple-Jumped Out!

Here’s a testimony for you today:

The triple jump is NO JOKE.  Jumpers need rhythm, coordination, and strength and not every one has all three gifts.  However, it’s been fun teaching it and laughing with the kids.  “Never quit,” I say.

My kids need more quad strength so we are gonna hop around next week.  Let’s do it.
