The 2014 NeverQuitNever beach run is in 4 days, and today marks my last day of training.

Today’s agenda…

  • Warmup jog for a mile
  • Work #1 – 0.5 miles at 7:15 pace
  • Rest #1 – 0.3 mile jog
  • Work #2 – 0.5 miles at 7:15 pace
  • Rest #2 – 0.3 mile jog
  • Cooldown jog for 0.5 miles
