- Warmup jog for a mile
- Work #1 – 0.5 miles at 7:15 pace
- Rest #1 – 0.3 mile jog
- Work #2 – 0.5 miles at 7:15 pace
- Rest #2 – 0.3 mile jog
- Cooldown jog for 0.5 miles
