I have recently started training for my first half-marathon…  The Subaru Distance Classic.  It is hosted by 1st Place Sports (www.1stplacesports.com) here in Jacksonville.  Thanksgiving morning, my sister and I will earn our dinners by running 13.1 miles through the scenic neighborhoods of Mandarin.

I heard that runners dress up for this race.  Heheh.  Should I be a Native American, a pilgrim, or Tom Turkey?  🙂
