Week 8

After an awesome long run this past weekend, training calls for a “pull back.”  Apparently this is how you do it, so who am I to question it? I ran a 3 on Monday, going to run 3 for lunch today, and 3 tomorrow. Then my long run on Saturday is only four miles.

Next week, we are going for the gusto again! Exciting!!!  Hope your runs are awesome this week!
