WOW. Not only does my lower back not hurt anymore, but my pace time is FASTER! I think that the secret to the faster time is the lean from the ankles. BUT BE PREPARED! Your calves will not like you after the first time you try it. Thank goodness for CEP and their awesome compression sleeves!
