I have completed three runs, and I’m one short of a FULL training week! I am really going to look into an Epsom salt and baking soda bath for my right leg. No matter how much I massage it, it is still out of whack when I run. I’m also trying different running forms to see which is best for my leg, slowing down, and shortening my stride. It’s difficult and trying but it’s what I have to do. I hope you keep the faith and keep up the running, too! See you out there and happy running!
