The Training NEVER Stops – Wine and Dine is NEXT!

Never Quit Beach Fest and 5K was not a let down at all!  Ran both waves and did really well!  Finished 35th OVERALL in the first wave, then carried our Star Spangled Banner in the second wave.  I didn’t care how fast I ran, but all I knew is that our flag was NOT going to touch the ground.  It was going to fly HIGH at the finish, and that’s what I did.  250th overall in the second wave.  Hehehe!  The bad news is that the humidity/sweat killed my iPhone.  I was surprised to see droplets inside the camera lens! I put my phone in rice overnight and it’s still in bad shape.  I’ll be taking it in on Tuesday.  Ugh.

Next on the schedule is…  runDisney’s 5th Wind and Dine Half Marathon!  I’m SO excited for this one because it’s at Epcot AND it’s just going to be Ryan and I going.  It’ll be our 10th anniversary/birthday celebration.  We earned it.  Did I mention that I’m SO excited?  I’m probably going to cry because I’ll miss my babies…  Oh, it’s not going to be the SAME without them!  But then again, it’ll be easier for Ryan.  He had to handle all three by himself at the Princess Half-Marathon, and this one’s at night…  And the after party ends at 4AM.  I’m gonna cry.  My babies…  *sigh, I’m conflicted!*  I’m going to hug them after I post this!
