…and just in time for Halloween and the holidays.
There have been a lot of reasons to celebrate in my life recently and parties usually accompany those reasons. It has been difficult to say the least to keep up my training. My main training sin is telling myself that my “fitness” won’t go away with skipping a run here and a run there because I’m tired from the night before. I need to stop telling myself that! Ugh!
I’m also eating sweets, which is highly unusual for me. All my life, I’ve been a salt-lover, but now I have developed a craving for my mother-in-law’s brownies. Ack!!!
Fortunately I have managed to easily stay in the eights during my runs. I promise not to miss anymore runs from now until the race. The marathon is a little more than two months away!
