After running the Donna 5K at The Players, my friend (and an inspiration) Leah and I picked up our packets for the Never Quit 5K for the next day. Hard core!

2017 WDW Marathon – Finished with a sprained right ankle. I was on pace to finish a 3:50 race, but got injured after mile-19. I feel good about this race because I EARNED it. I finished two minutes faster than my first marathon though!

I am no means a flexible person, but practicing yoga has helped my ITBS and my body greatly.

Right after I was cleared to run after my third baby, I registered for NQ. Great race and awesome energy. “Never quit” is my mantra.

For my long runs, I wear my Asics Nimbus 14. You need that support and cushion. These shoes are about to be retired. They have about 120+ road miles.

New Balance’s Minimus Fours are great for those short easy runs and a day at Disney.
