New schedule with the taper. Gotta slow down before the race!

So my sister sends me an article from Runner’s World and it suggests that we pull back the miles this week to help recover for the Turkey Day race.  I was a bit reluctant, but it makes sense.  I am canceling the 11-miler today, and planning to run an easy 5K with the hubby.  I hope he’s prepared!   Happy running!!!
