Princess Training School!

You know…  I think I like having a schedule.  It keeps me motivated and gives me a sense of purpose.  I’m SUPPOSED to do THIS today.  THIS is the way it HAS to go, no ifs, ands, or buts.  As before, yoga will be my source of cross-training.  During my rest days, I will be plastering on tiger balm and taking alkaline baths.

I already ran 1.99 miles yesterday because I wanted to run out this sickness I got, but it’s still there.  *sigh*  I hope I’ll be able to get through tomorrow’s fiver!
